(1) Synthesis of perfluorous nonene (C9F18) by oligomerization of hexafluoropropylene (C3F6) was studied.

(2) The Nonylphenol was synthesized with phenol and nonene as the main materials.

(3) Esterification of various acids with various alcohols at equivalent molar ratio of acid to alcohol has been investigated, using perfluorous nonene as a fluorous solvent.
