1. Objective To discuss the CT diagnosis of subtentorrial neuroglioma in children.

2. Results CT of subtentorial neuroglioma in children has various expression that bears own characters. It can make qualitative diagnosis according to clinical feature.

3. Methods At first, A newly-diagnosed neuroglioma case in our department will be reported with completely clinical and pathological data to prove the extracranial metastases.

4. It has been well recongnized that the behavior not only results from its own malignant phenotype, but also from its interaction among relative factors in neuroglioma microecosystem(NGMES).

5. Methods The eye's manifestations, ophthalmologic examinations, X - ray radiography, and CT images of 7 patients with intra-orbital neuroglioma were summed up in the study.

6. Aim: To explore the mechanisms and clinical characteristics of neuroglioma that happened extracranial metastases.
