1 Objective:To compare the effect of only one tonsilla ectomy and adenoidectomy with the traditional operation in children with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.

2 Objective : To explore the superiority of uterine body centre ectomy to the traditional subtotal hysterectomy.

3 Objective:To provide anatomy base to increase the chance of maintaining the facial and vestibulocochlear nerve in the ectomy of vestibulocochlear neuroma(VN).

4 Among them, 9 experienced pneumonectomy, 5 lobectomy of lung , 2 pulmonary wedging and 2 bulla ectomy under vadio-assisted-thoracic-surgery(VATS).

5 Conclusions: The re- pregnancy rate of fallopian tube reform patients is not remarkably lower than fallopian tube ectomy patients.

6 Objective: To study the feature of nursing of drainage tube in patients with breast cancer ectomy.
