1. Objective: To found a way of radical cure of relapse of postoperative hircismus.

2. Results: Postoperative and follow-up results demonstrated no one case of hircismus relapse once more with the perineal scars.

3. Methods According to the anatomic characteristics of the armpit skin and large sweat gland, 31 cases with hircismus with way of whole skin in armpit crimple with small incision, following-up 23 cases.

4. Conclusion The method of whole skin in armpit crimple with small incision for treatment of hircismus has advantage of simplicity and safe.

5. Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating wounds after hircismus radical operation and to reduce the incidence of complication.

6. Conclusion: this method of super thin flap and "8" closure in fascia is the best way to treat hircismus relapse with simplicity of operation and safe.

7. Results Post-operative and following-up result demonstrated no one case of hircismus relapse, more fine scar.

8. Objective To investigate the clinical effect of method of whole skin in armpit crimple with small incision for treatment of hircismus.

9. Methods: According to the anatomic characteristics of the armpit skin and large sweat gland, 80 cases of hircismus were treated with S model SVNF and follow-up for half a year.
