1. All patient had severe cytopenia, and of which, 38cases were combined with visceral hemorrhage and12cases combined with bacterial or fungal infection.

2. Results:The causes of cytopenia were not only blood systemic diseases but also other systemic diseases.

3. Conclusion:Clinicians should attach great importance to cytopenia caused by non-blood systemic diseases.

4. And the two functional fusion protein will be useful to the cancer patients who receive high dose chemotherapy and complicate with cytopenia , especially anemia and thrombocytopenia.

5. However, the relationship between the severity of splenomegaly and alterations in the blood cytopenia in LTx recipients remains to be clarified.
