1 Objective:To correct mandibular prognathism with the technique of sagittal split ramus osteotomy(SSRO) and extraoral vertical ramus osteotomy(EVRO).

2 A case of mandibular prognathism with facial asymmetry was presented. The missing left central incisor was previously restored with a compromising cantilever bridge.

3 Objective To introduce a prosthetic orthodontic method of adult malformation of alveosubnasl prognathism.

4 The Chinese dry crania (180) were studied by measuring the total prognathism, the middle prognathism and the alveolar profile angle.

5 Conclusions This method is simple, shortcut, and has distinct effect on treating adult malformation of alveosubnasal prognathism.
